I thought these were supposed to be a chewable type pill which was recommended by my daughter’s orthodontist to help with bone growth. Granted, they are strawberry flavored, but they are gel pills, which she cannot swallow. I could have gone to Vitamin Cottage or somewhere else for fish oil pills for 1/4 cost. Don’t bother!
